We started from the ground up, helping to create an entirely new banking platform, built around customers. The revolutionary new service, allows for complete transparency and insights on spending and saving in order to help liberate people from money worries and be all they can be.

What happened next

To launch B we broke all the conventional rules of the category to create an inspirational new brand, reminding us that we weren’t born worrying about money. The fully integrated multi-channel launch brought the pioneering brand to life across TV, social content, digital, direct, PR and staff engagement.


The new platform recently launched and the campaign is performing above target. This month's Ad Watch published in Campaign, which identifies the most liked commercials in the country, based on research by TNS, identified B as one of the Top 5 most liked ads.
